Estimates, Pricing, and Scope of Work

Estimates, quotes, and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Pricing and recommendations may depend on inspection findings, equipment condition, parts availability, code requirements, accessibility, safety conditions, and the customer’s selected options.

First Rate emphasizes transparent pricing and offers a Final Price Guarantee when applicable. If additional work or a change in scope is needed, First Rate will communicate the available options before proceeding.

Scheduling and Appointment Access

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that an authorized adult is available when required, that technicians can safely access the work area, and that relevant equipment, panels, utility rooms, gates, pets, and other access points are addressed before the appointment.

Appointment windows are provided in good faith. Arrival times may be affected by emergency calls, traffic, weather, job conditions, or prior appointments.

Customer Responsibilities

Satisfaction Guarantee

Manufacturer Warranties
