As a local company dedicated to serving Albuquerque families, we’re always looking for opportunities to get involved in our community. Boo at the Zoo is one of our favorite kinds of events, bringing families together for a day of Halloween excitement, outdoor fun, and unforgettable memories.

A Spooktacular Day of Family Fun at the ABQ BioPark Zoo
Boo at the Zoo is one of Albuquerque’s most anticipated family-friendly Halloween traditions. Hosted by the New Mexico BioPark Society, this annual celebration transforms the ABQ BioPark Zoo into a festive Halloween destination filled with costumes, candy, games, and activities for all ages.
Families can explore the zoo while enjoying trick-or-treating stations, educational activities, crafts, and plenty of seasonal surprises. Best of all, the event supports the ABQ BioPark and its efforts to care for wildlife and promote conservation.
Whether your little ones are dressing up as superheroes, princesses, friendly monsters, or their favorite animals, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

- Admission: Adults $15; children ages 3–12 $10; children 2 and under free
- Tickets: Timed-entry tickets must be purchased online in advance. No walk-up tickets will be available.
Boo at the Zoo is a fundraising event benefiting the ABQ BioPark, so your participation also helps support an important Albuquerque community institution.
